Marketing Strategist

Create innovative growth-driving marketing strategies across the beauty category.

As a key member of our team, you will support the development and delivery of targeted, insight-led marketing activity that unlocks growth.

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive shopper engagement, grow category share, and maximize retail sales and media revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact brand partnerships for premium and emerging beauty brands, balancing storytelling with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across instore, digital, paid media, social, and experiential channels.
  2. Activate campaigns through our marketing ecosystem, partnering with internal teams to deliver data-led, omni-channel programs.
  3. Leverage our growing retail media capabilities to enhance campaign performance.
  4. Support the development of new retail media opportunities, aligning with global trends in department store marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic, executional marketing roles, ideally in beauty, retail, or an agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns in fast-paced environments.
  • Commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
