Marketing Strategist

We seek a skilled Marketing Strategist to define and execute the marketing plan for a leading beauty brand.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build a comprehensive brand strategy that drives awareness and sales.
- Develop and implement growth plans for core brands via social media management, digital & e-commerce, and ATL/BTL advertising.
- Work closely with the commercial team to monitor customer strategy and implement retail materials.
- Own brand guidelines to ensure brand identity and consistency.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in end-to-end marketing execution and trade marketing.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty industry and a strong understanding of consumer products.
- Proven success in managing budgets and delivering ROI from campaigns.
- Data analytics skills and ability to forecast sales.
- Experience in working with media agencies and creating effective briefings.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
