ADP Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.
Your role will involve performing assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, and working across various portfolios to support the recovery and function of our clients.
About the Role- You will perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders such as employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.
- You will work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.
- Current unrestricted registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field.
- Clinical reasoning and the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for helping people rehabilitate and 12 months registered work experience in your tertiary qualified health profession.
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work on base between the hours of 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday.
