  • Utilize clinical reasoning skills to develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients' recovery journeys
  • Conduct assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments, worksite ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans
  • Expand your skillset by working across various schemes, such as Work Cover, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other Comcare schemes

To succeed:

  • Unrestricted registration or eligibility for industry body registration (AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience desirable
