Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals across Western Australia in their recovery journey.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent clinical expertise and strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.

You will work closely with medical professionals, allied health providers, and local employers to ensure clients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload, including Workers' Compensation and Workplace Health & Safety cases
  • Conduct vocational and initial needs assessments
  • Develop and implement client-centred plans to promote sustainable return-to-work outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Clinical Expertise: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
