About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Account Growth Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Minor Hotels. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with government clients, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH GOVERNMENT CLIENTS TO MAXIMIZE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • Collaborate with hotel managers and revenue managers to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for future strategy development

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
