This is a dynamic role with Figma that presents the opportunity to accelerate your career as a seasoned sales professional. As an Account Executive, Mid-Market, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and fostering meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.

Some of the key responsibilities include creating and managing a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts through targeted outreach and engagement, applying effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build strong relationships with customers, and aligning with executives on business challenges to identify opportunities for expansion.

You will also be responsible for developing account plans that outline company priorities and initiatives, leveraging opportunities to advance executive-level relationships, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive deals forward and ensure customer success.

To excel in this role, you should have experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with a book of customers, possess a deep understanding of complex business needs, and be skilled at delivering innovative solutions across a product suite.
