Overview

As a customer-facing professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This includes assisting with transactions, educating them about our online platforms, and recommending products and services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Partner with different specialists within the branch to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
  • Be the face of the branch and customer service, providing assistance with transactions, handling cash, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork
  • Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning, taking advantage of on-the-job training and external development opportunities to grow your career

Role Details:

  • This is a permanent, part-time position located in Devonport
  • The roster is 25.25 hours per fortnight, with a rotating schedule

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
  • Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for achieving goals
