Project Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to contribute to the successful delivery of challenging projects. This role requires strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project estimates
  • Coordinate internal and external resources
  • Prepare and submit tenders
  • Evaluate and review tender estimating process
  • Negotiate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10 years' experience in civil construction project management
  • Proven understanding of construction and commercial acumen
  • Effective problem solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. This is a mid-senior level position requiring a full-time commitment.
