A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support a multi-year program delivering new case management capabilities. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, consolidating project timelines, and ensuring effective planning and reporting across the program. The successful candidate will be engaged for an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, working in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
  • Manage resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
  • Consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis across multiple projects.
  • Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Present schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large programs.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with multiple project managers to consolidate schedules and provide impact analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to present schedule information effectively to stakeholders.
