Job details

The successful candidate will provide program and project scheduling for our client . The successful Program Scheduler will report directly to the Program Director.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Development and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
  • Resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking within scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects or equivalent.
  • Consolidation of schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis working alongside multiple project managers.
  • Identifying schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Presentation of schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.

Essential criteria


  1. • Experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.


  2. • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.


  3. • Ability to work with multiple project managers to consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis.


  4. • Strong analytical skills to identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.


  5. • Excellent communication skills to present schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.

Desirable criteria

  1. • Understanding of Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is desirable.
