About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Fitness Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leading fitness facility. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences while driving financial and operational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services and achieving sales targets
  • Lead and mentor department heads, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve retention, and maintain high standards of compliance and service quality
  • Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the organization

Your Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience in regional management within the fitness or wellness industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business (desired)
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals
