We are seeking a highly skilled Kiosk Team Member to join our team at the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales targets, participating in day-to-day café operations, and ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within health department regulations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering first-class service to customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintain high standards of appearance and presentation, and meet all required health and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coaching a café team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and following quality control procedures

- Operating cash registers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records

Essential requirements:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check

- Food Handling Certificate and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
