Café Team Members Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our dynamic café team. As a Café All Rounder or Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Café All Rounder:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to high-quality standards.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
  • Team Leader:
  • Manage received goods at the café and place orders with suppliers.
  • Verify and submit invoices accurately.
  • Train FOH team members on store processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards.
  • Report and communicate necessary information and feedback to the Cafe Manager regarding cafe operations.

To succeed in these roles, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Café All Rounder: Minimum 1 year of café experience as an All Rounder or Barista (prior coffee making skills required).
  • Team Leader: Prior experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position, where you were responsible for ordering stock and working as part of a team.
