Job Description:

  • Manage supplier orders and stock levels for coffee, drinks, and sweets.
  • Support café operations including opening, closing, cleaning, and workflow.
  • Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships.
  • Work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to help grow sales and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Barista experience essential with café or hospitality background.
  • Passion for coffee, food, and great service to customers.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with stock ordering and rostering is a bonus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet business needs.
