Lead Creative Visionary

This role requires a seasoned creative leader who can drive innovative campaigns that inspire real-world change.

Job Description:

  • Guide and mentor a talented team of designers, animators, producers, and collaborators.
  • Direct projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Translate behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative that drives impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven creative leader with 7+ year's experience in a senior creative role within agency or in-house teams.
  • Strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships.
  • A natural storyteller who can inspire teams, mentor talent, and bring out the best in collaborators.
