This fast growing business has several patents on its market leading products. It is the only company who can provide the range of products and solutions in this segment. With offices in New South Wales and Western Australian and manufacturing in China, this company is poised for future growth. With recent investment from a highly regarded Private Equity firm, the stage is set for a CEO to lead the next chapter.

Reporting to the Board, you will be charged with setting the strategy, empowering the sales team, and capitalising on partners and distributors to leverage their unique products and solution for heavy industries.

Bring your experience and knowledge in the industrial or heavy industry space. An interest in technical or electrical products will be well received and exposure to manufacturing in China will set you up for success. With their head office in Newcastle, the CEO will be best based there with travel as needed. This opportunity could also suit a GM of a larger business unit who is looking to take on the responsibility of CEO and leverage the focus, discipline and growth focus a Private Equity support brings.
