- Overseeing maintenance strategies, planning, and execution for the CPP1 facility
- Driving compliance with statutory, safety and environmental obligations
- Ensuring asset reliability, availability, and performance through preventative and predictive maintenance
- Building capability and engagement across your team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Partnering with operations, engineering, and reliability teams to achieve production targets
We are looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments. Key qualifications include:
">- Proven leadership experience in maintenance within mining, heavy industry, or processing environments
- Degree or trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Current Queensland Coal Mining Supervisor S123 (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant maintenance (preferably coal preparation plants)
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and develop diverse teams
- Strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and operational discipline
- Demonstrated experience with SAP, CMMS, or equivalent maintenance management systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
