Fixed Plant Maintenance Lead

Leading a high-performing maintenance team is pivotal in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient performance of our Coal Preparation Plant. As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be accountable for delivering safe and sustainable outcomes through strong leadership, proactive planning, and execution excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to drive compliance with statutory, safety and environmental obligations.
- Overseeing maintenance planning and execution for the CPP1 facility to ensure asset reliability, availability, and performance.
- Building capability and engagement across your team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partnering with operations, engineering, and reliability teams to achieve production targets.
We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance within mining or heavy industry environments.
- A degree or trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant maintenance, preferably coal preparation plants.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
