Group Event Coordinator

This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for coordinating end-to-end group and meeting planning.
- Developing bespoke regional itineraries for groups, with opportunities to upsell dining and wellness experiences;
- Coordinating event logistics with stakeholders, including conducting group briefings and issuing contracts;
- Preparing rooming lists, managing deposit schedules, and processing invoices to ensure smooth financial workflow;
This position requires exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills, as well as passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Planning: Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements;
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences;
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of events, from initial planning to on-site delivery;
- Financial Administration: Manage deposits, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records;
