About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tender response process, you will be responsible for managing business procedures, ensuring project success, and leveraging existing partnerships to secure future work.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business prospects and actively bid for business-to-business tenders.
- Review and manage tender requirements for each tender, ensuring all submissions are well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
- Review incoming tenders and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with management and project teams to ensure a thorough understanding of upcoming works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as industry professionals.
- Review tender gaps and implement necessary changes to increase success in future tenders.
- 5+ years of experience in a Bid, Sales, or Customer Service environment.
- Technical experience in the building industry, with a background in construction, estimating, drafting, or compliance.
- Experience managing B2B relationships.
- Data collection and analysis experience.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
