About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tender response process, you will be responsible for managing business procedures, ensuring project success, and leveraging existing partnerships to secure future work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects and actively bid for business-to-business tenders.
  • Review and manage tender requirements for each tender, ensuring all submissions are well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Review incoming tenders and ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with management and project teams to ensure a thorough understanding of upcoming works.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as industry professionals.
  • Review tender gaps and implement necessary changes to increase success in future tenders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Bid, Sales, or Customer Service environment.
  • Technical experience in the building industry, with a background in construction, estimating, drafting, or compliance.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships.
  • Data collection and analysis experience.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
