Care Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to provide in-home care services to individuals in need. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care, nursing or disability support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care and domestic assistance.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.
  • Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in aged care, nursing or disability support.
  • Proven experience working in a care support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid Working With Children Check and current first aid certificate.
