Job Title: Support and Care Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support and Care Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support to a young lady with Autism, assisting her with daily activities such as cleaning, household chores, grocery shopping, and attending appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to enable the client to live independently
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompanying the client on outings and social events
  • Managing medication and maintaining a safe living environment

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to bring creativity and adaptability to the role
  • Punctual, reliable, and kind
  • A positive and solution-focused mindset

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $36.50 - $72.00
  • Casual work arrangement with 24 hours per week
