We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

**The Opportunity**: You will be based in the Canberra Region, ACT, providing practical and emotional support to clients in their own homes. Your goal is to enable our clients to remain living independently and comfortably.

**About You**: We require our Care Workers to be reliable, committed, and understanding individuals who can provide quality care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored support.

**Our Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with participants having disability and non-verbal participants
  • Ability to use hoist equipment
  • A current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • A valid National Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
