Care Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced care manager to lead our clinical and personal care teams in delivering exceptional care to residents at one of our facilities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex issues and complaints. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents, providing guidance and support to the clinical and support teams, and working in a safe manner while adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly, current registration as a registered nurse, thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards, and previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role with demonstrated expertise in assessment processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, in accordance with aged care quality standards and organizational policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
    • Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including infection control, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
