Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in Australia. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a residential aged care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures

As a dedicated and caring professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents, while also contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
