Product Development Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Developer to join our team, responsible for the development of a wide variety of new and existing products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product concepts and source materials and packaging from our established global supplier network.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, cosmetics, and product development, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a close-knit team environment to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new product concepts and source materials and packaging.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to drive effective outcomes from brief to completion.
  • Ensure compliance to project timelines and manage project deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to complete tasks.
  • Implement and improve internal processes to create efficiency and high-quality results.
  • Accountability and ownership of project deliverables.
