Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Planning professional to play a critical role in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives through analysis, reporting, and measurement of sales, margin, and inventory
  • Ensure timely supply of reports with relevant insights
  • Produce data-driven power BI reports for trend evaluation and sizing analysis
  • Optimize Return on Investment through strategic inventory management
  • Manage stock allocations using BY Allocation tool
  • Co-manage Core and Seasonal stock levels
  • Collaborate with Planner to produce sizing ratios for seasonal use
  • Manage targeted store stocks of all products
  • Item registration and Purchase Order management
  • Support planning admin assistant in the raising of purchase orders, item registration, and amendments as required during product range review process

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Allocator or similar position
  • Advanced Excel skills (V Lookups, Pivots, Sums etc)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical aptitude - ability to grasp technical concepts
  • Proven ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision
