**Job Description:**

You will play a key role in strategic planning processes and inventory management, analyzing performance and managing forecasting requirements. You will partner with internal teams and make recommendations to support planning and operation practices.

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts and stock replenishment of all brands' products across various sales channels.
  • Improve the accuracy of the sales forecast and minimize out-of-stock situations while balancing working capital and inventory holding requirements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather relevant data and insights, review forecasts, discuss key findings, and align action plans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven expertise in inventory management, analysis, qualification/forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment planning processes.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin and proficient in speaking and reading Chinese.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
