About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer queries through our customer service ticketing platform.", "
  • Manage customer service on third-party platforms.", "
  • Manage integrations with Gorgias, setting up automation and staying up-to-date on platform updates and new features.", "
  • Manage returns and exchanges through our return platform.", "
  • Communicate customer product feedback, complaints, suggestions, or site breakdowns to all departments.", "
  • Provide customer service reports upon request.", "

Fulfillment Management Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fulfillment team roster, assuring it is adequately staffed and not overstaffed.", "
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders promptly for all web store channels.", "
  • Ensure all orders are accurate, address discrepancies, and follow packing and shipping requirements.", "
