Practice Operations Specialist

Seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Gold Coast practice.
This role involves supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and managing finances. The successful candidate will have experience in running an accredited GP practice using Best Practice software for both clinical and management purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage practice operations, including staffing, finances, and patient flow
- Supervise and coordinate with medical and administrative staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in medical practice management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Best Practice software
