We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Manager to lead our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the medical practice, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Manage financial processes, including billing for consultations and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office or practice management role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of medical practice management software and office productivity tools.
