Sales & Property Liaison

We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to help us establish strong connections with local property owners and buyers.
This role will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities for our real estate team. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying potential leads, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:- Contact property owners, buyers, and investors via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage online enquiries and qualify potential clients
- Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Support marketing campaigns to attract property leads
- Coordinate appointments for sales consultants
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not essential
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic, positive, and motivated by results
- Competitive base pay plus commission per qualified lead
- Ongoing training and mentoring in the real estate industry
- Opportunities for career advancement into sales or property management roles
This part-time role offers flexible working hours, approximately 3 to 5 days a week.
