Operational Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our business.

The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing production management of the workshop, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the operational management of the repair centre.
  • Ensuring comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
  • Preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports to understand site performance.
  • Overseeing staffing on site and ensuring staffing levels and processes are in place.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
  • Build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
