About this role

  • We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee our production workshops, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and repairs to the pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure site profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports using available tools to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure appropriate staffing levels and processes, proactively building and maintaining positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain the WHS management system, ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures, and promptly report and action safety incidences/near misses.
