Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to lead our workshop operations, ensuring the highest standards of production, quality, and customer service.

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of workshop management, including production, quality control, customer service, and administration. Your expertise in leading high-performing teams and managing budgets will be invaluable in driving business growth and profitability.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for improving workshop efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and repairs.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure site profitability and prepare management reports using available tools.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain the WHS management system and promptly report and action safety incidences/near misses.
