Wellness Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a wellness centre, ensuring seamless functionality and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.

  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staff rosters efficiently to ensure adequate coverage, handle recruitment efforts, and provide comprehensive training programs for staff.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs, uphold cleanliness standards, and implement hygiene protocols in compliance with regulations.
  • Sales and Marketing: Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and implement marketing initiatives to promote the centre.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in managing day-to-day business operations, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service background with experience in a fast-paced environment, exceptional customer service skills across various communication channels.
  • Leadership: Positive leadership qualities, adaptability, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaboration, teamwork orientation, and capacity to work under pressure.
