Regulatory Content Manager

 

As a Regulatory Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and curating high-impact regulatory content for the financial services sector. This role requires a legally qualified professional with a passion for detail and clarity, who can work closely with authors, compliance officers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure that our content is current, practical, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of customers.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how compliance content is used across legal and non-legal industries, as well as experience in content/product development, publishing, or legal technology. They will also possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and sales teams.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the content lifecycle for assigned regulatory modules, staying ahead of legislative reform, case law, and compliance trends, and gathering insights directly from customers to shape content that is practical, relevant, and tailored for different industries. You will also cultivate and manage relationships with external contributors such as specialist lawyers, consultants, regulators, and professional bodies.

 

This includes:

  • Portfolio Ownership: Managing the strategy, development, commissioning, restructuring, and decommissioning of assigned regulatory modules.
  • Thought Leadership: Staying informed about legislative reform, case law, compliance trends, and sector developments.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Gathering customer insights to create practical, relevant, and tailored content for various industries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with external contributors.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement: Collaborating with internal teams to define product value propositions and support go-to-market plans.
  • Project Delivery: Driving authoring projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
