Main Responsibilities:
  • Support various teams with their compliance inquiries and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations and international standards.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide compliance calendar, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Update compliance management plans, including regulatory changes, policies, training, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to manage risk and understand business drivers.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • At least 5 years' experience in financial services and compliance or another control function.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry in Australia, including knowledge of regulators and current/proposed regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
