Synergy is Western Australia's largest electricity generator and energy retailer, delivering secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System. The Risk Business Partner is an engaging and collaborative opportunity within our General Counsel and Governance Team based at our Perth CBD offices. The purpose of this role is to provide enterprise-wide support for the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Synergy's Security Management Framework and Security of Critical Infrastructure Governance Standard. Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation and governance of the Synergy Security Management Framework, performing 2nd line oversight and monitoring of material security risks, and supporting the design and delivery of 2nd line control validation programs for security risks across the business. What you'll bring includes a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent technical field, exposure to operations and corporate risk management, and working knowledge of the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act and the WA State Government Countering Foreign Interference Framework for WA Government.
