Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement best practice processes and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with our business manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with our team, stakeholders, and clients to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our hospital's strategic plan and business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Hold a veterinary degree and be registered to practice in New South Wales.
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and achieving business objectives.
- Have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care.
