We are seeking a senior brand manager to drive the successful launch of our product within our cardiovascular portfolio. This role plays a crucial part in sustaining early success, creating strategic partnerships and establishing strategies in the therapeutic area across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Development: Develop and implement plans for our products, including customer segmentation, differentiation and demand planning.
  2. Team Collaboration: Lead teams and collaborate with departments such as market access, regulatory affairs, medical and others.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, including planning and operational oversight.
  4. Project Management: Implement project management practices to ensure strategy execution.
  5. Mentorship: Guide and support the brand manager in delivering activity plans.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform commercial decisions.
  7. External Partnerships: Collaborate with external groups, including clinicians and patient organizations.
  8. Develop marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.

In this role, you will report directly to the sales and marketing director. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Requirements:
  1. Education: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as health science, pharmacy or business.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Skills: Leadership, planning, project management, budgeting, forecasting and a focus on customer needs.
