Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate workshop drawings for submission and approval.
  • Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.
  • Ensure product supply in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor program adherence to construction program for each project.
  • Coordinate site surveys and ensure quality control is completed.
  • Visit sites to ensure contract compliance and high installation standards.
  • Plan for subcontract labor or install teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413).
  • National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).
  • Driver's license (class C).
  • Apply First Aid (HLTFA311A).
  • WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to think and react quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 5 years previous experience in the construction industry.
