Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Prepare workshop drawings for submission and approval.
  • Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.
  • Coordinate the supply of products to site in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and ensure that our programme fits within the construction programme for each project.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess project progress.
  • Ensure ITP, quality check and quality control is completed for every project.
  • Visit sites as necessary to ensure that contracts are being carried out correctly and the high standard of installation is being maintained.
  • Plan for subcontract labour or our own install teams to install the product range.
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Attend and organise project coordination meetings.
  • Prepare documentation required to complete each project.
  • Organise Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects.
  • Ensure all works for each project you are assigned is completed.

Requirements

  • PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413).
    • National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).
    • Driver's license (class C).
    • Apply First Aid (HLTFA311A).
    • WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers.
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • The ability to think and react quickly.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • 5 years previous experience in the construction industry.
