Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects forward.

  • Coordinate workshop drawings for submission and approval, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works, maintaining effective project planning.
  • Ensure products are supplied to site in a timely fashion, meeting customer expectations.
  • Monitor and ensure our programme fits within the construction programme for each project, minimising delays.
  • Coordinate site surveys, gathering critical data for project success.
  • Ensure ITP, quality check and quality control is completed for every project, upholding the highest standards.
  • Visit sites as necessary to ensure contracts are being carried out correctly and installation quality is maintained.
  • Plan for subcontract labour or install teams to install the product range efficiently.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at a time, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Attend and organise project coordination meetings, fostering collaboration.
  • Prepare documentation required to complete each project, streamlining processes.
  • Organise Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects, safeguarding team members and customers.
  • Ensure all works for each project are completed on time, delivering results.
