About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Geelong/West construction team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing multi-site operations, with a strong track record of meeting budget targets and maintaining high-quality build standards.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess build feasibility and recommend solutions to construction challenges.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delays and optimize resource allocation, ensuring timely project completion and exceeding client expectations.

A key requirement is a 'safety first' mindset, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Additionally, exceptional relationship-building skills with suppliers, trades, clients, and internal teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 construction supervisors, promoting professional growth and high performance.
  2. Monitor and update job status in real time, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  3. Ensure all warranty and progress claims are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.
