Community Support Officer - Mount Druitt

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused candidate to undertake caretaking roles across our various neighbourhood and community centres and hubs.

The role requires providing customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities, ensuring that facilities are safe, well maintained and run smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users of community facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across community centres and hubs.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and activities at community centres and hubs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local community groups and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Suitable experience in a customer service role.
  • Computer literacy in basic office applications and ability to quickly learn corporate applications.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current class C driver's licence.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.

Benefits:

  • Entry level for this position starts at $1,315.70 per week.
  • 35-hour working week.
