Coaching for Service Delivery Excellence

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop a team of support workers in delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of clients with disabilities.

The NDIS Service Coach will be responsible for facilitating collaboration among teams, guiding primary workers to take on leadership roles, overseeing team stability, managing service intake, planning, and reviews, ensuring quality and compliance, and championing staff feedback tools like PQFactor to drive culture, accountability, and improvement.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Coaching teams to work collaboratively towards shared goals and outcomes.

• Facilitating open communication and fostering a positive work environment.

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Building strong relationships with clients, carers, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Providing regular coaching and mentoring to support workers to enhance their skills and confidence.

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

• Staying up-to-date with NDIS policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

• Identifying and addressing barriers to service delivery and developing solutions to overcome them.

• Making informed decisions that align with organisational values and priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in coaching and leading teams in disability services.

• Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and ability to apply them effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, carers, and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

• Strong commitment to client-centered practice and continuous improvement.
