Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and fostering strong relationships while overseeing operational efficiencies within the team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fund managers and investors, ensuring a seamless experience and delivering timely unit pricing and registry services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client to ensure the firm is well placed for the provision of solutions and client service.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure all managed fund activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies and are consistent with the Trust's Constitution and Information Memorandum.
  • Build a high performing and accountable team ensuring clear guidance and leadership through developing, coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaborate closely with an offshore team and manage direct reports, monitoring workflow and providing guidance.
  • Participate in business development activities to continually grow the division and attract new clients.
  • Liaise with third parties to deal with queries as they arise.
