About The Role

This key leadership position requires strong strategic and operational skills to develop and implement plans that deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, meet business targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves day-to-day management of ground handling activities, including passenger, ramp, baggage, load control and operations. It also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster relationships with external partners.

Key Responsibilities And Skills
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery, safety, and efficiency
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Analyze financial and operational results to inform business decisions and drive improvement
  • Maintain close working relationships with external stakeholders, including airlines, airport authorities, and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Tertiary education up to Master's degree or higher preferred
  • Extensive leadership experience in aviation or a related industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business acumen skills
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in building and fostering relationships with key customers and stakeholders
